(Oct 24, League) Teignmouth 62 pts Saltash 10 pts The home side failed to register a single point in the first half hour, with Saltash capitulating in the second half. Saltash defended a 10-0 lead, thanks to a try through number 8 and skipper Steve Hillman, converted by fly half Todd Crofts, who also added a penalty kick. Teignmouth hit the front with 3 tries in 5 minutes and by half time were 26-10 to the good. The scorers were wing Callum Couch, Chris Tidman from the re-start and hooker Andy Webber dummied would be defenders to go over under the sticks. There was also time for Wing Will Sowden to go in under the posts for another, with Dan Force adding 3 first half conversions. The one-way traffic continued in the second half with Force going in for a try he converted, then he converted a Byron Wood try for 38-10. Matt Moses then went over, followed by Sowden for his second, with Force adding one conversion for the half century. The next came from replacement back rower Aaron Kelly, which Force converted and the final try came from home skipper Colin Adworth for 62-10 for the home side.
