YOUTH PRESENTATION DAY
Can all team members please wear Black club polo shirt or club shirts if you have them, Black Trousers and Black Shoes for the presentation and the Team Photos.
The times for presentation are as follows:-
Under 7s 10.30 am
Under 8s 11.00 am
Under 9s 11.30 am
Under 10s 12.00 pm
Under 11s 12.30 pm
Under 12s 1.30 pm
Under 13s 2.00pm
Under 14s 2.30 pm
Under 15s 3.00 pm
Each presentation will take place in the marquee. Can teams please gather beside the marquee 10 minutes before their time slot. They will then be called in and seated ready to commence at the stated time. Following each age groups presentation, our own photographer will take team photographs either under the posts, or in the clubhouse depending on weather conditions. Photographs will be available to purchase from Nick Rich at cost price. Proofs will be displayed at the clubhouse following presentation day.
The kitchen will be open all day, bar opens from 12.00pm until 10.00 pm. Tuck shop will also be open throughout the day
Fun Entertainment will be available from 11.00am depending on weather conditions.
As in previous years, can we please ask that Parents/carers help supervise the children on the entertainment for short periods following their presentations.
Raffles will be available throughout the day, and drawn at 4.00pm in the marquee
The end of season bash for the Friday night (7th) is ahead and plans are underway to make it a really good evening - there are still a few tickets available so please feel free to drop me a line or call.
